Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the consumer information on foodvv25vOctober 2011.

Royal Decree of 17 July 2014 laying down the reporting provisions of certain substances or products causing allergies or intolerances, for non-prepacked food.

An allergen is a substance that triggers the allergy, all reactions of the immune system of the body as a result of a contact, ingestion or inhalation in the case of a food allergen. A consumer with a recognized food allergy should avoid eating food containing the substance liable to cause it more or less serious disorders.

 

Overview of the 14 allergens determined by law.

01 – Cereals that contain gluten such as wheat, rye, barley and oats.

02 – Shellfish (prawns, shrimp, crab, lobster, scampi) and shellfish products

03 – Eggs and egg products (mashed potatoes, pasta, quiche, mayonnaise, etc.)

04 – Fish and fish products (gelatin made from fish, caviar, crabsticks, etc.)

05 – Peanuts and peanut-based products such as mixed nuts as appetizers, chili con carne, breakfast cereals, etc.

06 – Soybean and all kinds of derivatives (stockcubes, chocolate, ice cream, mayonnaise, breakfast cereals, seitan, snacks, tofu, meat substitutes, etc.)

07 – Milk ( including lactose)

08 – Nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, etc.

09 – Celery ( celery stalks, celery ribs, celery root) and celery-based products

10 – Mustard and mustard based products

11 – Sesame seeds and products based on sesame seeds products (falafel, hummus, energy bars, bread, etc.)

12 – Sulfur dioxide or sulfite present in mushrooms, grapes, additives, etc. should be mentioned only if its content is greater than 10 mg per kilogram or per liter.

13 – Lupine (often used as a substitute for soybean) and products based on lupine (especially bakery products)

14 – Shellfish such as mussels, oysters, scallops, razor clams, etc.

Other allergens not included in the list above can be present in a product. This is for example the case for preparations that do not have an ingredient list (eg drink recipes, fresh foods, alcoholic beverages etc …), or if the label does not mention a clear reference to the allergen.

 

PAYMENT

For online orders (delivery or pick-up) :

A minimum of 20,00 € is required for delivery.

Payment should be made in full upon delivery (payment methods: Cash, Bancontact/Maestro/Mastercard/Visa or via Digipass ) ou lors d’un retrait au comptoir, uniquement en liquidité. ( distributeur Bancontact à 5 mètres 😉 )

The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50 % downpayment to our account which will be communicated at the time of booking .The remaining balance should be paid upon delivery (payment methods: Cash, Bancontact/Maestro/Mastercard/Visa or via Digipass )
